Refund policy

At Nomad's Elixir, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers.

Shipping Information
Please ensure that the delivery address provided, including the pin code, is accurate and complete. Incorrect address details may result in delivery issues for which we cannot be held responsible.

Returns and Replacements
As a general policy, we do not accept returns. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@nomadselixir.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you via your registered email ID and/or mobile number. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, using the original method of payment via our Payment Gateway partner. Please note that we are not liable to pay any interest or compensation for such cancellations.

International Orders & Refunds
For international transactions, if a refund is applicable, it will be processed for the INR (Rupee) amount received by us. Any currency conversion charges or losses due to exchange rate fluctuations will be the responsibility of the customer.
