At Nomad's Elixir, we are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you promptly. Please keep in mind that national holidays and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Dispatch and Delivery: Orders are dispatched on business days only. Your order will be delivered to you within 6–8 business days across Pan India.
  • In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@nomadselixir.com.
  • We process orders quickly, so corrections may not be possible after a certain point.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information may be subject to a restocking and re-shipping fee, as determined by Nomad's Elixir.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nomad's Elixir is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.

  • If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please file a report with your local authorities or reach out to the carrier directly.

Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching your order. We will notify you in case of extended delays.
