Lost or Stolen Packages

Nomad's Elixir is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please file a report with your local authorities or reach out to the carrier directly.

Out-of-Stock Items
