Undeliverable Orders Orders returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information may be subject to a restocking and re-shipping fee, as determined by Nomad's Elixir.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nomad's Elixir is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
